Iron&Silk...An Aikido "friend" borrowed the book from me, never got it back. Very inspiring book/movie.

My taiji teacher told me he saw Pan shatter a waxwood pole by holding it in one hand and just shaking it. Years later, I met a former student of Pan's who taught gymnastics. His movement quality was exquisite.
