I like this nice short explanation
- sink qi
- build crude jin lu
- in "external" shapes ... later gets smaller to tiny gestures
- the shape is to automatically mobilize qi in the right jin lu
- how to be "on time?" have to have "it" already there in the shapes, jin, qi.
- the outer and inner shape are like the garden nozzle - how the same water pressure manifests is affected by the shapes
