Don't know if it's genuine, but if only 20% or less of the original Aikido remains, what is left still might have some really good use. At least according to what is said here. Do you agree?

O-Sensei: There are about 3,000 basic techniques, and each one of them has 16 variations… so there are many thousands. Depending on the situation, you create new ones.
