Really nice form rendition from Li Yang, rounded, sunken and connected, all parts moving together, coordinated with the breath. Heard he studied with M Zhai for more than 10 years?

I remember that in 2019 he said something like 3 years of actual serious training (so would make 7 years now). He said that although he learned for some years before going to military, he was not serious about it at that time. He stressed that only after coming back to Guangfu after military service, he started training seriously.
Hope that next August I will finally be able to meet all of them again.
Wei Haobo from Xingtai, the line coming from Hao Weizhen and Li Baoyu (the one famous for teaching in army)

Wei appears pretty 'hard' and certainly it is v far away from, say, Hao Shaoru people like Liu Jishun in terms of body method. However, the good thing is he shows Li Baoyu's sanshou methods (AFAIK he is the only young teacher out there showing the full set of Li Baoyu's sanshou).

Tai Chi is not Wing Chun, it should never be stressed. The art is based on sensitivity and timing, not on speed.

Nothing wrong with moving as fast as the attack I think the film is slightly sped up I might be wrong He seems to lack listening ability on contact

I was looking at the footwork and Torso Methods in the solo work more than the attack-defend demos.

I should have said that I was referring to the solo performances, not the partner demo.

As I haven’t learnt Hao I only give form a passing glance Form can hide a deeper understanding that is hard to see Interaction with an opponent it’s all there to see

Well, I was not very impressed by the partner demo and I didn't care very much.
