Spinning backfist or spinning elbow, hard to tell. Nice!

Looked like the back fist to me- hard to see it looping in, coming at that angle. Well done by the CLF guy.

I still fail to se the flavor of a specific stle when everyone is simply trying to kickbox with each other. Why not just train to be a kickboxer? That way you can focus on development for how you're allowed to use it.

I think it was the entire forearm+elbow.
btw. isn't the spinning reverse elbow illegal in muay thai?

i agree that its very strange... even stranger that it apparently does not bother their coach/teacher. if you study french, even if you're bad, you should be able to say some words that sounds like it, but its all coming up gibberish.

personally, i think silat practitioners (even beginners) but a lot of cma ppl to shame. you can see that they're are not real advanced, but as sure as daylight its silat

mumbo jumbo dun make you a cma fighter, fighting like one does

how? kickboxing is a style, so you can compare it with other styles.

I don't really buy that.

muay thai looks different than karate; bjj looks different than greco roman.

@Ian look for my opinion here viewtopic.php?f=3&t=12349&start=0
It really depends what you mean by ´kickboxing`. To me kickboxing is most notably an agreed ruleset. The ruleset determines also the more succesful techniques, but within a ruleset you still have style differences.
