the rum soaked fist: internal martial arts forum

I am a Martial Artist who trained one college semester in Judo in 2002, and various arts on and off. I would like to train in Internal Chinese Martial Arts now. Barring someone finding a great trainer of Zi Ran Men or Yi Quan in Queens, NY, would anyone suggest NY Wu Tang Chinese Martial Arts Institute or Wu Tan USA? Compare and contrast them please.

Those two places seem almost the same - same lineage, same material. Maybe just choose by location/convenience.

I think there were 1-2 teachers of ziranmen in NYC, though (Chen Ying, and another?). Not sure about yiquan now.
