The Chang/Yang Taiji ending move is a good Qi Gong training. When your arms

- cross and move over your head, you inhale.
- move to your sides and down, you exhale.
- move in front of your chest and extend to the sides, you inhale.
- drop down and beside your legs, you exhale, and press your Qi down to your Dien Tien at the same time.

You can repeat this over and over. This drill is called 存氣 (Cun Qi) - store Qi in your Dain Tien. This is the only time that my teacher ever mentioned about the word Qi in his life time.

Crow weep in the dark. Tide bellow in the north wind. How lonesome the world.

No. 1 of the ba duan jin, a bit of zhan zhuang and the dai style qi gong (can't remember the name, it's pretty long) which is damn invigorating

What I would specifically call qigong (as in things I won't do when the sun is highest):

quiet sitting/standing
flying dragon (circle walking)
