Roy Harris Seminar Review

For those interested I have written a small review of a seminar I attended with Roy Harris over the past weekend on my blog. Though it was BJJ in nature, Harris holds rank in JKD and kung fu circles as well as BJJ, traditional Karate, and many other systems.
